No! Our roll is in raising the money to pay for the surgery, we leave the surgery to the experts!
Spay means to surgically remove the ovaries of a female animal.
Neuter means to castrate a male animal.
That depends.
Is your pet up-to-date on shots? If not, those are required and not covered by ABC.
Then it depends on what type of pet you have and on what funding ABC has available. How much varies from pet to pet, but we will do whatever we can to make the surgery affordable for you.
Once you have contacted ABC and we have worked out a co-pay amount with you, then it's just a matter of making an appointment with the vet clinic. Getting the okay from ABC can normally be be done in a day (assuming we have funding). Appointments are often made about two weeks out -- but of course that can vary.
